Prior to signing on to become a member of the Incubator, there are a few items you must obtain:
- Kitchen Application with a ($250 application fee)
- Valid Food Service Manager Certificate
- Valid State of Illinois Business License
- EIN Number
- Illinois Sales Tax Number
- Proof of Liability Insurance (minimum coverage of $1 Million) with Poppin Plates LLC as an additional insured
- Signed Operating Agreement with Poppin Plates
