Poppin’ Plates Culinary Incubator celebrated the grand opening of its second kitchen with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Saturday, May 22nd. The event, held at their new manufacturing kitchen and special event dinner venue located at 343 Main Street in Downtown Park Forest, was attended by Owner/Operator Fershawnda Green, Village Manager Tom Mick, Mayor Vanderbilt, Village Park Trustees Woods, Herron, Graham, Settles, and Slone, EDAG Committee Chairman Philip Perkins, Executive Director-Chicago Southland Chamber Terri Winfree, Executive Director Southland Development Authority Vicki Brown, along with family and friends.
