Poppin Plates empowers culinary businesses to achieve significant growth and impact. Our track record over the past 7 years demonstrates our commitment to fostering success. We offer 6+ rentable units and turnkey commercial kitchen spaces at two locations in the South Suburbs, with memberships designed around specific kitchen needs. We have supported over 60 satisfied members and provide facilities capable of producing meals for a wide range of needs, from individual diners to events with up to 7,000 attendees. Our experience encompasses working with members across the culinary industry, supporting them at every stage of development.

Our Framework
Prior to signing on to become a member of the Incubator, there are a few items you must obtain:
- Kitchen Application with a ($250 application fee)
- Valid Food Service Manager Certificate
- Valid State of Illinois Business License
- EIN Number
- Illinois Sales Tax Number
- Proof of Liability Insurance (minimum coverage of $1 Million) with Poppin Plates LLC as an additional insured (Flip is not accepted)
- Signed Operating Agreement with Poppin Plates
